It's a free browser game. Play it. Don't redistribute it as if it's yours. We're not liable if you somehow get a paper cut from a touchscreen.

這是一款免費的網頁遊戲。歡迎遊玩。請不要把它當成自己的作品轉散布。萬一你被觸控螢幕割傷紙傷，與我們無關。

1. License to Play | 遊玩授權

Inkwhisker ("the Game") is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use in your web browser. You may:

• Play it as much as you like.
• Share the public URL with others.
• Stream or record gameplay for your own channel.

You may NOT:

• Sell access to the Game, or charge users to play it.
• Embed the Game in a commercial product or service without written permission.
• Decompile, reverse-engineer, or extract proprietary art, code, or audio assets for redistribution.

Inkwhisker（「本遊戲」）以免費形式提供，供個人非商業用途在網頁瀏覽器中遊玩。你可以盡情遊玩、分享公開連結、實況或錄製遊玩畫面。你不可以販售遊戲、把遊戲嵌入商業產品或服務、或反編譯／逆向工程提取美術、程式碼或音檔重新散布。

2. No Warranty | 無擔保

The Game is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not promise:

• The Game will be available 24/7.
• The Game will work on every browser or device.
• Your local high scores will survive a browser update or clearing your storage.
• Cloud leaderboard data will persist forever — if we ever shut the backend down, we'll give reasonable notice but cannot guarantee retention.

本遊戲以「現狀」提供，不附帶任何明示或暗示的擔保。我們不保證 24/7 可用、相容所有瀏覽器與裝置、本機分數在瀏覽器更新或清除儲存後仍存在、或雲端榜單資料永久保留。

3. Limitation of Liability | 責任限制

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for:

• Time spent — the cat is not responsible for your productivity.
• Decisions made about your career while procrastinating.
• Damaged keyboards from frustrated button-mashing.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

在法律允許的最大範圍內，開發者對以下情況不負責：你花在遊戲上的時間、你拖延工作期間做的職涯決定、鍵盤被你敲壞、以及任何間接、附帶、特別或衍生損害。

4. Content Rating | 內容分級

The Game contains:

• Magic-themed combat against cartoon ink monsters (no blood, no realistic violence).
• Self-rated PEGI 7 / ESRB E10+.
• No language warnings, no sexual content, no gambling-adjacent mechanics, no real-money loot boxes.

本遊戲內容包含奇幻魔法對抗卡通水墨怪物（無流血、無寫實暴力）。自我分級為 PEGI 7 / ESRB E10+。無語言警告、無色情內容、無博弈相關機制、無真實貨幣轉蛋。

5. User Accounts | 使用者帳號

Most players never create an account. If you choose to publish a score to the cloud leaderboard, you create a minimal account (gamer tag + email + password) used only to attribute the score to you. See the Privacy Policy for what data is stored, and Delete Account for removal.

大部分玩家不需建立帳號。若你選擇將分數上傳到雲端榜單，會建立一個簡易帳號（玩家名稱 + email + 密碼），僅用於對分數的歸屬。詳情請見隱私權政策，刪除請見帳號刪除。

6. Donations | 贊助

The Game may display a voluntary tip jar link (e.g. Ko-fi). Donations are entirely optional, non-refundable, do not grant any in-game advantage, and do not create any commercial relationship beyond a one-time gratitude transaction. The cat is grateful regardless.

遊戲可能顯示自願性贊助連結（例如 Ko-fi）。贊助完全為選擇性、不退款、不會在遊戲內提供任何優勢、僅構成單次的感謝交易。無論你是否贊助，貓都會記得你的好意。

7. Changes | 條款變更

These terms may be updated. Continued play after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

8. Governing Law | 適用法律

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), without regard to its conflict of law principles. Disputes will be brought to the courts of Taipei, Taiwan.

本條款適用中華民國（台灣）法律，不適用其衝突法規則。爭議由台灣台北地方法院管轄。
