Q: How many free generations do I get? | 免費可以生成幾次?
You get 5 free generations every day. You can earn +1 more by watching a rewarded ad (up to 3 per day), or buy credit packs (1 credit = 1 image, never expires). Failed generations are never charged.
每天有 5 次免費生成,看獎勵廣告可 +1(每天最多 3 次),或購買點數包(1 點 = 1 張,永不過期)。生成失敗不扣次數。
Q: I bought credits but they didn't show up. | 買了點數沒入帳怎麼辦?
Credits are granted by our server after Apple confirms your purchase, usually within a few seconds. If they haven't appeared after a minute, force-close and reopen the app — the balance refreshes on launch. Still missing? Email us with your account email and we'll restore them.
點數是在 Apple 確認購買後由我們的伺服器發放,通常幾秒內到帳。若一分鐘後仍未出現,請強制關閉並重開 App(餘額會在啟動時更新)。仍未入帳請來信告知你的帳號 Email,我們會幫你補上。
Q: How do I restore my credits on a new device? | 換裝置後點數怎麼恢復?
Credit packs are consumable products, so they are NOT restored through the App Store's "Restore Purchases". Instead, your balance is stored on our server and tied to your account — simply sign in with the same Apple / Google / Email account on the new device and your credits appear automatically.
點數包屬於消耗型商品,不透過 App Store 的「恢復購買」恢復。你的餘額存在我們伺服器、綁定你的帳號——在新裝置用同一個 Apple／Google／Email 帳號登入,點數就會自動出現。
Q: Where are my generated images? | 我生成的圖在哪?
Open the "My Cats" (我的貓圖) tab to see your gallery. Free-tier images are kept for 30 days; images made with purchased credits are kept without an expiry.
開「我的貓圖」分頁即可看到圖庫。免費生成的圖保存 30 天;用點數生成的圖不設期限。
Q: How do I delete my account? | 如何刪除帳號?
Go to Settings > Delete Account (設定 > 刪除帳號). This permanently removes your account, photos, generation history and credits. This cannot be undone.
前往「設定 > 刪除帳號」。此操作會永久移除你的帳號、照片、生成紀錄與點數,無法復原。
Q: The app is crashing. What should I do? | App 當機怎麼辦?
1. Update MeowMorph to the latest version from the App Store. 2. Restart your device. 3. If it persists, email us with your device model and iOS version.
