Purrsperia — Terms of Use

1. Acceptance | 接受條款

By downloading or using Purrsperia ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

下載或使用 Purrsperia(「本應用程式」)即表示你同意本使用條款。若不同意,請勿使用本 App。

2. License | 授權

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control.

我們授予你個人、非專屬、不可轉讓、可撤銷的授權,於你擁有或控制的裝置上,將本 App 用於個人非商業娛樂用途。

3. Acceptable use | 可接受的使用

You agree not to reverse-engineer, modify, or tamper with the App, cheat or exploit bugs to gain unfair advantage, or use the App for any unlawful purpose.

你同意不對本 App 進行逆向工程、修改或竄改,不利用漏洞作弊取得不當優勢,亦不將本 App 用於任何非法目的。

4. Virtual items | 虛擬物品

In-game currency (Moonlight) and cosmetic items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are stored only on your device. They may be lost if you delete the App.

遊戲內貨幣(月光幣)與外觀物品不具真實貨幣價值、不可兌換現金,且僅儲存於你的裝置上。刪除 App 可能導致其遺失。

5. Advertising | 廣告

The App displays interstitial ads provided by Google AdMob to keep the game free. See our Privacy Policy for details on ad data.

本 App 透過 Google AdMob 顯示插頁廣告以維持遊戲免費。廣告資料詳情請見隱私權政策。

6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability | 免責聲明與責任限制

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the App.

本 App 以「現狀」提供,不附帶任何形式之擔保。在法律允許的最大範圍內,我們不對因使用本 App 而產生的任何間接或附帶損害負責。

7. Changes | 條款變更

We may update these Terms as the App evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

我們可能隨 App 演進更新本條款。變更後繼續使用即視為接受。
